Free delivery for our valued workplace customers

Because we love our regular customers, we have free delivery to any one of 12,000 workplaces visited fortnightly by our distribution network on their usual delivery day. If you are not a current workplace customer we are still able to deliver to your workplace free of charge if one of our local Books & Gifts Direct Representatives works near you. We’ll endeavor to deliver your purchase within 15* business days.

**Please note that if you are in a rural location your delivery may take 15-25 business days. We will endeavour to get it to you within 15 business days but please note delivery schedules can vary depending on your location. If you want the delivery sooner, check out our Fast Trak delivery option which will get your products to you within 3-5 business days for a small charge. *


If you can’t wait for your local Books & Gifts Direct Representative to deliver your item you can Fast Trak your purchase for an additional charge. Fast Trak orders are delivered by a courier within 5-7 business days from receipt of your order. Delivery times may be longer for more remote areas. The service costs $7.95 per delivery.

Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that: - The product was purchased in the last 30 days - The product is in its original packaging - The product isn’t used or damaged - You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Books & Gifts Direct New Zealand.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded.
